Return Policy


At this time, our store does not offer a full refund unless the product is deemed defective.

Defective/Damaged Products: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. Please submit the claim with images of the defective items no later than 3 weeks after the delivery date.

Lost Product: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If the order was placed by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Our products are made to order, thus cancellation will vary according to the time of the request.
